By using any part of the PH Famous platform — including but not limited to browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or wager, participating in a promotion, or downloading and using the PH Famous mobile application — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered players, and any other persons who access or use the PH Famous platform in any way. These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the complete agreement between you and PH Famous.

Your continued use of the PH Famous platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

To register and maintain an account on PH Famous, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. PH Famous strictly enforces this minimum age requirement in compliance with Philippine law and responsible gaming standards.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and when placing any wager or conducting any financial transaction on the platform.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual — corporate accounts, agent accounts, and accounts operated on behalf of third parties are not permitted.

PH Famous reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your eligibility. Providing false information regarding your age, identity, or location is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balance.

Each eligible player may register one (1) PH Famous account only. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When creating your PH Famous account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid email address, and contact number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.

Account security is your responsibility. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your PH Famous account and not share it with any other person.
• Enable two-factor authentication where available to add an additional layer of security to your account.
• Notify PH Famous immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account by contacting our support team.
• Never allow another person to use your PH Famous account, place bets on your behalf, or access your PHP wallet.

PH Famous will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials. All bets and transactions placed through your account will be treated as authorised by you unless you have reported a security breach prior to the transaction occurring.

Account verification — including submission of a valid government-issued Philippine ID — must be completed before your first withdrawal request is processed. PH Famous may also request additional verification documents at any time as part of its ongoing Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.

All financial transactions on PH Famous are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). PH Famous does not process transactions in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion is applied to your account balance.

Deposits

PH Famous accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, and participating Philippine bank transfer channels. Deposits are credited to your PHP wallet as soon as the payment provider confirms receipt of funds. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed during the deposit process within your account dashboard.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where a payment account belongs to another person — are not permitted and may result in the suspension of your PH Famous account pending investigation.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment channel used for your most recent deposit where technically possible. Processing times vary by payment provider but PH Famous aims to process all approved withdrawal requests promptly. Withdrawal requests are subject to:

• Completion of account verification (KYC) including submission of a valid Philippine government-issued ID.
• Satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to your current balance.
• Compliance with PH Famous anti-money laundering procedures, which may require additional documentation.
• Minimum withdrawal thresholds as displayed within your account dashboard at the time of the request.

PH Famous reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests that trigger anti-fraud or anti-money laundering alerts pending further investigation. In such cases, our support team will contact you directly via your registered email address.

All game outcomes on PH Famous — including slot results, fish game outcomes, and bingo draws — are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). The RNG produces statistically independent results for every game round. No previous result influences any future outcome. Published Return to Player (RTP) values are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any individual session result.

For sports betting, PH Famous publishes odds for Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) games, international basketball, boxing events featuring Filipino athletes, women's volleyball competitions, and esports tournaments including Mobile Legends: Bang Bang and Valorant. Specific sports betting rules — including rules on void bets, suspended markets, and settlement procedures — are published in the sports section of the platform.

Bets placed and accepted by the PH Famous system are final. Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be amended, cancelled, or reversed except in circumstances expressly provided for in the applicable game rules (such as the voiding of a sports event).

PH Famous reserves the right to void any bet or game result where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a technical malfunction, data error, or fraudulent activity has affected the outcome. In such cases, the affected stake will be returned to the player's PHP wallet.

PH Famous may from time to time offer bonuses, free credits, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, and expiry periods, which will be published on the relevant promotion page.

General rules that apply to all PH Famous bonuses and promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified PH Famous players who meet the stated eligibility criteria for each specific offer.
• Each player is entitled to claim each promotion once only unless the promotion is explicitly described as recurring or repeatable.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must meet the stated wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be transferred to your withdrawable PHP balance.
• Wagering requirements specify the total amount of eligible bets that must be placed using the bonus funds before a withdrawal can be made. For example, a ₱500 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires ₱10,000 in eligible bets before withdrawal.
• Bonuses expire within the timeframe stated in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• PH Famous reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing offsetting bets to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, or exploiting system errors — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the PH Famous platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, using stolen payment methods, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your age, identity, or location.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one PH Famous account, whether personally or through a third party.
• Underage Gaming: Attempting to access or use the PH Famous platform while under 21 years of age, or facilitating access for any person under 21.
• Collusion and Match Fixing: Colluding with other players, team members, game officials, or any third party to influence the outcome of any game, match, or sporting event available on PH Famous.
• Software Exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Money Laundering: Using PH Famous to conceal, layer, or integrate funds derived from illegal activity. PH Famous cooperates fully with Philippine anti-money laundering authorities.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargeback requests against deposits made to your PH Famous account through GCash, Maya, or bank transfer.
• Harassment: Harassing, threatening, or abusing PH Famous staff, support agents, or other players via any communication channel.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the PH Famous platform solely for the purpose of personal, non-commercial online gaming in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any PH Famous software.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, PH Famous and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds, winnings, or expected winnings arising from technical faults, service interruptions, or system downtime, provided that reasonable steps are taken to restore the service and to treat affected players fairly.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the PH Famous platform.
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials or your device.
• Any decisions you make in relation to your personal finances in connection with your use of PH Famous.
• The actions or omissions of third-party payment providers including GCash, Maya, or any Philippine bank involved in processing your deposit or withdrawal.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine law.

PH Famous makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

PH Famous collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering a PH Famous account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and marketing communications (where you have opted in to receive such communications).

PH Famous will never sell your personal data to third parties. Data shared with payment processors and verification service providers is strictly limited to what is necessary for the provision of those services and is subject to appropriate data processing agreements.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any PHP balance in the account will be held in escrow and released or forfeited depending on the outcome of the investigation. You may close your PH Famous account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining verified and withdrawable PHP balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of all outstanding verification requirements.

PH Famous reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
